Products and Orders

  • All coffee products are roasted and fulfilled by ¿Por Qué No? in Austin, TX.
  • Local delivery only — we currently serve the Austin, TX area via personal delivery and local pickup spots. We do not ship.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Online purchases are processed through Shopify. Payment, refund, and dispute resolution for online orders are subject to Shopify's terms of service.
  • First-batch claims are pay-what-you-want donations, not purchases. Claiming a bag does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

All content on this website — including text, images, brew guides, recipes, illustrations, and the ¿Por Qué No? brand — is owned by Origami Labs LLC and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Brew technique data attributed to specific creators (James Hoffmann, Scott Rao, Tetsu Kasuya, Lance Hedrick, Matt Winton, Tim Wendelboe, Alan Adler, etc.) is presented for educational purposes with attribution. These techniques remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.
